I have been snatching up shelf liners at TJ Maxx and Marshalls whenever I spot them. I love the Laura Ashley and Macbeth Collection liners.

I love that they have a sticky side to them and that I don't have to use decoupage/ModPodge. I've used it but it drives me nuts. It's stressful to apply that stuff, seriously!
I have to stop myself so I don't stick shelf liners to everything, that's how great I think they are.
This is what my desk looked like before, remember? And sticking that wallpaper to the back wasn't fun either.
So I found several grey colored Macbeth liners and I know the chevron would make a great statement, but I want to get away from it since it is everywhere and I already have bold patterns in my living room. The liner that I used almost looks like a solid color from far away.
Here it is after:

So what do you think? Yay or Nay?
I wish you guys a wonderful weekend and third Advent. Can you believe it's the third Advent already?
Talk to you on Monday. I have another mini-project to share with you.

This looks great! Shelf liners are a wonderful thing :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, and yes they are!
DeleteI have the same liner, love that pattern. I've also gotten the chevron one from MacBeth but found it to not be the same quality as the Laura Ashley ones...I think they are a bit thicker & look more expensive. Good eye, I'm a huge fan!
